We want to make your filter buying experience as convenient as possible. We understand that in some instances your filter may not fit. Don't worry! Please contact us with 30 days of your first delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason or if your filter simply does not fit. We will arrange, at our expense, to bring back the filter and provide a full refund.
Returned items should be in the same condition that you received them and should be returned in original packaging.
Please send us a message at email@example.com and we will respond with a prepaid shipping label and additional instructions.
Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed. Refunds can take between 3-5 business days to be processed from the date the items are received in our warehouse. It can take an additional three to four business days for the issuing bank to post your credit. We will credit any refunds to the credit card or payment account used at the time of the original purchase.
