Absolutely. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you an email including a pre-paid shipping label and you can get the filter back to us right away. Once we've received your filter, you will see a refund in your account in the following 2-10 business days.
Although we do not offer exchanges, we would be more than happy to bring back your filter at our expense with a full refund against your purchase. We will then deactivate your subscription so that you do not receive an incorrect filter from us again. From here you can start your subscription over and select the correct filter.
