You can update your billing information and other account details by visiting your account and editing the details on the "Edit Your Billing Info" panel.
You have the option at checkout to select the frequency in which you would like to receive your replacement filters. (We recommend every 6 months) When it's time for a new filter, we'll bill your account as soon as your order is shipped. Don't worry about surprise charges; we'll let you know ahead of time that a new filter is coming your way.
